At TurboClip, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- be unused and in substantially the same condition as received;
- include all original accessories, manuals, and components;
- be returned, whenever reasonably possible, in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or order number).
Products that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, excessive wear, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return

- photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns require prior authorization from our customer support team. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to return the item.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, TurboClip will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for return shipments that are lost before being received.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- incomplete, or
- different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and its packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- personalized or custom-made products;
- gift cards;
- downloadable digital products;
- perishable goods;
- hazardous materials;
- products that have been used in a manner that prevents resale.
Any additional non-returnable products will be clearly identified before purchase where required.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase;
- refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- required by applicable law; or
- the return results from our error.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Abuse of the Return Policy
To protect our customers and our business, TurboClip reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the return process, or activity inconsistent with this policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country, state, or province of residence.
Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that are more favorable than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to any exceptions permitted by applicable law.
To exercise this right, please contact us before returning your order.
The product must be returned in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may reduce the refund where permitted by law.
