Thank you for shopping with TurboClip. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Worldwide: approximately 9 business days after your order has been processed.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping: approximately 9 business days

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your destination, customs procedures, weather conditions, carrier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before your order is finalized.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TurboClip has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount, as they vary by country.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipping address.

TurboClip is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please first review the tracking information.

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TurboClip is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after delivery. Customers are encouraged to arrange delivery to a secure location.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the shipping packaging.

This information helps us investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays caused by customs authorities, severe weather, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, public emergencies, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control may occur.

TurboClip is not liable for delays arising from such circumstances; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
